Requirements
    ------------
    DOS Version 3.0 or greater.
    At least 512k bytes memory.
    DeltaView supports CGA, MCGA, EGA, VGA and beyond.
    A Microsoft (or compatible) mouse is recommended but not required.

    CGA and MCGA users
    ------------------
    Use Alt - F7, (VGA bridge) to view drawings that were made using 16
    colors.  This is available with all graphics cards.  The colors are
    temporarily changed to colors that are recognized by two and four
    color graphics adapters.
    
    Startup
    -------
    To begin using DeltaView, type "DV" with your default set to the
    drive and directory containing DeltaView, followed by an optional
    file name, for example:  DV  doghouse
